An essence for those who are grieving.
Loss can be many things, including the death of a loved one, the death of an aspect of ourselves, the loss of a job, a relationship or a home. We may not even know what it is that we have lost, we just know we have. Heart Broken guides us to the sacred, quiet space where we sit with grief and Heart Broken holds us gently during our expressions of sorrow.
There is no way around grief, only through it. We don't have it in hand, it has us in its hand. Heart Broken will not take grief away. She is there to hold the light while you grieve. She can help you understand what your heart needs for when you are ready to begin healing. These may not be the things you are used to doing. Your needs may not be considered polite or acceptable social protocol, and they may even be surprising to you, but they are what your own heart needs to sit in this place of rawness, of deep vulnerability; communicating to you the care your body, mind and soul need to adjust to a new reality.
I have used Heart Broken many times, for myself and my clients, and I would not be without Her. She is an anchor of beautiful light when we are adrift, devastated, lost; when the world has fallen under our feet and there is no new world yet built.
Heart Broken aligns with The Cailleach, the Celtic Old Crone. She understands death, that it is a step toward another reality, another form.
This organic flower essence is also useful for when you intuitively know there has to be a death of an aspect of yourself before the next stage. In this sense, Heart Broken aligns with the season of Winter but can be used at any time during the year.
